Voted Best Gourmet Pizza in Kalamazoo Area 2010. Erbelli’s got together with their friends from Q It Up and came up with this award winning combination. It starts with Erbelli’s fresh homemade cajun crust then a special in-house bleu cheese blend is spread on the crust. We then add Q It Up’s spicy wood grilled smoked chicken smothered with a mozzarella blend with a touch of sharp cheddar. It is finished with spicy marinated bleu cheese crumbles. We bake to perfection and top it off with fresh grated romano. Enjoy!
