The Disco Q Pizza

Voted Best Gourmet Pizza in the Kalamazoo Area 2010. Erbelli’s got together with their friends from "Q It Up" and came up with this award winning combination. It starts with Erbelli’s fresh homemade cajun crust, then a special in-house bleu cheese blend is spread on the crust. We then add "Q It Up"’s spicy, wood-grilled, smoked chicken smothered and a mozzarella blend with a touch of sharp cheddar. It is finished with  bleu cheese crumbles. We bake it to perfection and top it off with fresh grated romano. Enjoy!
